The Math Middle Year Program courses designed on Math Me Up include a list of all the topics that students need to be familiarized with. The course contains content consisting of video tutorials and self-practice quizzes that deliver content in an orderly manner which will help students gain confidence in the content at their pace.

 

The MYP 1 package has been designed for Grade 6. The content has been divided into Numbers, Algebra, Geometry, and Statistics and Data Handling. The courses have been designed by a team of teachers with significant experience. The courses will help students effectively revise their work and practice extensively. The courses have been designed to provide adequate drill practice to the learners so that the extensive practice will help them reduce their math anxiety and build confidence.

 

The courses also allow differentiated learning to take place. Teachers can effectively use the website to ensure that have the same prior knowledge and the site can also be used as a revision resource that students can visit innumerable times to revisit the matter. The course syllabus is designed in a way that would be easy for all learners to understand given that the classroom contains varied students with different levels of learning.

 

The MYP curriculum is a rigorous and intensive program that requires students to have good time management skills. The MYP years are formative years for learning where learners need to prepare for the academic rigour in the higher years.
